1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Collective Research and participating in our benchmark studies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Collective Research provides digital maturity benchmarking surveys and paid comparative reports to businesses.

2. Survey Participation & Data Accuracy

Participation in our studies is free. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete organizational information during the survey. We rely on the integrity of your responses to build accurate benchmarks for all participants. Intentional submission of false data may result in your exclusion from the study and the revocation of your access to reports.

3. Purchasing & Refunds

Following the completion of a study, comprehensive benchmark reports are made available for purchase. Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of our reports, all sales are final and non-refundable once the report has been delivered or accessed.

4. Intellectual Property & Enterprise Licensing

When you purchase a report, Collective Research grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report. For Standard and Pro tier reports, usage is restricted to internal planning and strategy within your immediate team. Premium tier reports include an Enterprise License, allowing unrestricted internal distribution across your entire organization and board of directors. Reselling, publishing, or distributing our reports to third parties without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our benchmarking reports provide strategic insights based on aggregated peer data. They are provided "as is" and do not constitute formal business, legal, or financial advice. Collective Research shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect commercial losses, operational failures, or strategic missteps resulting from the use of our reports.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
